COLD ALIVE Hubs are installed in Community Markets, within the reach of farmers, artisanal fishermen, wholesalers and retailers. Fresh fish and perishables are placed in raffia bags. These bags are then stacked on stainless aluminum shelves inside the cold room. The COLD ALIVE innovative cooling technology extends shelf life of perishable agricultural produce from the usual 5-day period to 21 days
